At Plush Party Co, we aim to make booking your event as simple and stress-free as possible. Please review our booking policy below before securing your event date.
Booking & Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your event date and package. Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Deposits may be paid:

Cash (by prior arrangement)
The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of your event unless an agreed payment plan has been arranged during your consultation.

Flexible payment arrangements may be available and can be discussed during your consultation.
Event Changes
We understand that plans can change. Requests to change your event date will be accommodated where possible, subject to availability.
If a new date is unavailable, the original booking conditions may apply.
Guest Numbers
Our standard packages currently cater for up to 20 guests.
Events exceeding 20 guests will require a customised package and consultation to ensure the best possible experience for all attendees.
Final guest numbers should be confirmed prior to your event date.
Travel Area
Plush Party Co proudly services Canberra, Queanbeyan, Yass, Bungendore, Braidwood, Goulburn and surrounding regions.
Additional travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area.
Supervision
While Plush Party Co hosts and facilitates the plush-building experience, parents or responsible adults remain responsible for supervising children throughout the event.
Photography & Social Media
We love sharing special moments from our events. From time to time, photographs or videos may be taken for marketing and social media purposes.
If you do not wish for images of your child or event to be used, please let us know before your event and we will happily respect your request.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable as they secure your event date and preparation time.
In certain circumstances, a deposit may be transferred to a new event date if sufficient notice is provided and availability allows.
